With more than 300 associates, our support departments operate primarily out of the home office in Amarillo, TX. Those departments include Sales and Store Support, Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, Information Systems, Video Services, and Creative Services.

Return Center

Associates at the Return Center ship product to vendors throughout the U.S. More than 100 associates currently process music, video, and book returns for shipment to vendors and distribution centers.

Mockingbird Lane

Our Mockingbird facility currently houses the Call Center, Store Planning, and Anderson Learning Center with a lab store and classrooms.

24th Street

Our 24th street facility handles internet orders for music, book, and video products. This location also houses Sales Supply which ships signing and tools to our Sales Representatives throughout the U.S.
